Midland SoftWash is a medium scaled partnership company located in Birmingham. We have been operating for more than 15 years, providing regular & reliable service for both our commercial and residential customers throughout the West Midlands.

We specialise in all types of exterior cleaning and also provide additional cleaning services such as: solar panel, roof conservatory, gutter cleaning.

Our work is carried out using primarily our ‘Reach and Wash’ system which operates with 100% pure water for cleaner, longer lasting results.

We always carry out a free full site survey at a mutually convenient time and strive to create a suitable solution for every client, no matter how challenging the task.

All our services are carried out with due care and attention in accordance with health and safety regulations and we also provide risk assessment and method statements for each of our clients.

In addition, we are fully insured with a public liability insurance of up to two million pounds.
