How many days in advance do I have to plan my cleaning?
Normally minimum 7 days notice for window cleaning, gutter and fascia cleaning Minimum 21 days for roof cleaning and softwash treatments.
How can I book an appointment?
You may book the appointment directly online via our booking page and write your desired date, as well as via email info@midlandsoftwash.com, phone (0772 305 5917) or WhatsApp.
Do I receive an appointment confirmation on my request?
Yes, you will receive an appointment confirmation within a very short time for the cleaning type and appointment you have selected.

Do I have to be on site during the cleaning?
Of course you do not have to be present during the cleaning. However, it is advantageous to be on site before the start of the work and to instruct the cleaning staff. After cleaning, it is beneficial for both sides to work together to ensure the best cleaning results.
Is the cleaning material brought by you?
All cleaning agents used for this purpose are brought by us. We work with professional equipment. Whether a foamer, the puller or the blade, we bring all these materials with us. If you want us to use your detergents, we do that too. Just give us a note about it when booking your window cleaning.
Are arrival times calculated?
Travel times are not calculated, so cleaning begins when we arrive at your place.
How many people will come to window cleaning?
This always depends on the scope of the planned window cleaning and the size of the object. Mostly a cleaning team consists of 2 persons. It does not matter how many employees come to the cleaning.
How much time is needed for window cleaning?
The scope of the planned cleaning always depends on the degree of soiling and the scheduled work. We have compiled data for you. This is considered average.
With a glass and frame cleaning on one side, you can calculate with a time of about 4 minutes.
Up to which ladder height is a window cleaning possible?
Most of our work is carried out via use of Water Fed Pole System, which workers often don’t require the use of ladders.
What happens if I am not satisfied with my window cleaning?
If you have a complaint and you are not on-site, please let us know within 24 hours after the cleaning date. This complaint is required in writing with reasons and an enclosed photo. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation of your complaint and we will take care of your request.

We will bring necessary equipment and cleaning materials

How do I pay for window cleaning?
Since the booked service is in most cases only once, the payment is to be settled latest after completion of the cleaning work in cash against receipt.
But we offer also other payment optiones like:
- Bank transfer in advance
- Credit card in advance
- PayPal in advance
Are the prices charged for the actual hours charged or are they flat rates?
Prices are charged according to the scope of the work and it’s requirements
How is the price of my window cleaning together?
We often provide a free quotation for accurate pricing, clients are free to ask for free quotations
